Q: Is the apartment really self contained?
A: Yes. It contains everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The bed linen and towels are also provided. Q: Is the apartment near restaurants and cafes?
A: Yes. Most of Bunbury's restaurant and cafes are within a few minutes walk from Apartment 54 Q: When you say absolute waterfront, what do you mean?
A: Absolute waterfront is a term used when there is no road between you and the ocean. The sheltered beach at Koombana Bay is directly outside your balcony Q: Does the apartment have a spa?
A: Yes, there is spa bath located in the Master ensuite and there is also a heated spa downstairs in the Silos complex that is free for you to use at your leisure. Q: Is there a swimming pool?
A: Yes. There is a magnificent undercover swimming pool just down stairs from your apartment. Your apartment keypad provides free and unlimited access to this pool and the heated spa. Q: How far away are the cinemas?
A: The 6 screen Grand Cinemas is about a 2 minute walk across the road. Q: Have you got a 'Cappuccino strip' in Bunbury.. and is it far way?
A: Yes, we do.. and again, it starts less than 300 metres from your apartment. Here you will find a variety of high quality restaurants and cafes. Q: What's on the waterfront?
A: Downstairs you are able to walk through the Bunbury Silos Complex and directly to the waterfront, where you will find The Dome cafe, Aristos fish and chips, Barbados bar and lounge, Casellas restaurant and other small specialty shops. Q: Whereabouts is the apartment located?
A: On the 4th floor overlooking the ocean at Koombana bay. It is at the back of the Mantra Hotel. Access is either directly from your carpark or through the Mantra foyer. Q: What about car parking? Is it secure and undercover?
A: There are 2 undercover parking bays securely located inside the complex. The automatic gates are opened by your keypad. Once you have parked your car, you access the lift that takes you directly to the 4th floor. Q: Is there a licensed bar on hand!
A: Yes, the new Silos Bar and Grill has just opened and is located within the complex. Take the lift to the ground floor and you are just 30 metres away! Q: Is there internet access?
A: Yes. There is a wirelss system in the residents lounge downstairs, you can access ' Azure ' by mobile or laptop. The costs is $13.70 for 2 hours and your credit lasts for 365 days. Q: How far is the dolphin centre and are we near them?
A: You are less than a 5 - 10 minute walk down the beach in front of you. The Bunbury dolphins usually come in during the summer months. There are boats that operate organised tours to see them in Koombaban Bay. Q: What else is unique to your apartment?
A: Facing North East, you are protected from the prevailing winds.. PLUS you can watch the sunRISE over the water! The huge balcony makes it the perfect place to just 'chill out' Q: Is the Room close to resturants, bars and night life?
A: Yes, there are many different restaurants, bars and night clubs and coffee lounges that are all within walking distance from room. Q: Is it close to the city centre?
A: Yes, the accommodation is right in the heart of the city centre and is walking distance to all shops, restaurants, beach etc.. Q: Is it within walking distance to the beach?
A: Yes, there is Koombana Bay beach directly on your door step that you over look from your room and the back beach is also within walking distance through town. Q: Are towels and Bed linen provided?
A: Yes, both towels and linen are provided. Q: Is tea, coffee, sugar and milk available?
A: Yes all of the above are available to our clients. Q: Is soap provided?
A: Yes soaps and washing liquids are all provided. Q:Is there any sporting activities in the complex?
A: Yes, there is a tennis court that the room over looks and tennis racquets and balls are provided. Q:Is there anywhere I can relax and get pampered?
A: Yes, in the hotel complex is the Escape Day Spa and they will give YOU our valued guest a 10% discount just to relax you even more. Q: Can I pay by cash, eftpos or credit card?
A: Yes, all are available but credit card is preferred and we will need a credit card to confirm your booking. Q: Is there public transport nearby?
A: Yes, there is a taxi rank and bus station all nearby but you are so close to town that you will not need it.
